The titans of Montus are twelve gargantua that come from different worlds. They have been on Montus for millenia, and their exact origins are unknown. Most are revered by mortals, but not worshipped. The titans are also generally left alone by the gods, who recognize their power and autonomy. SOme of them have harmonious relationsip, but most of the titans are more regarded as forces of nature than individuals unto themselves.
While it may be small, Xiphus is a terrifying presence, and is not to be taken lightly. The titan of strength lives on the underside of every leaf, to aide in the midst of battle, or to find a surprising foe. Xihpus has never lost a fight, and no matter the odds, it will come out on top. This titan cannot be reasoned with, it does only what it wills, and can prove a valiant ally or a merciless opponent.
Vestus lives both high in the mountains and within the heart of every strong-willed adventurer. when travelers are far from home, feeling lost or homesick, they might glimpse Vestus, who fills their souls with warmth and vigor, giving them the constitution to continue forth on their journeys.
Seismovis shakes the earth with its footsteps; it shatters the ground with its bellows. This titan marches through the mountains and plains, causing earthquakes in its midst. Sometimes, Seismovis will ram its giant horns into dormant volcanoes, and cause them to erupt. While it has no wrath, its sheer magnitude is frightful for any who come across it, and most who see it turn the other way once they feel the ground shake beneath them.
Skolysmos is a living wrath within the sands of Lutis, writhing its way under the dunes, causing calamity wherever it goes. whenever it takes damage, more giant purple worms grow from the blood, but none can match Skolysmos' sheer size, strength, or wrath. The living titan can be identified by its ability to create whirlpools within the sand, where many find their demise.
